Damn. First thing to check is firewall and anti-virus, make sure they haven't partially blocked Siege from using internet connection. Another problem can be UPNP -protocol. Google "Rainbow Six: Siege upnp problem" and read up, if someone has similiar issue than you and fixed it with UPNP settings.

Happening for me too. I think they got issues right now. I did find a fix but it only works for around 1 game. I decided to leave after waiting for the 20 minutes, without caring of the mmr, cuz you know, better to lose some mmr rather than waiting 20 to 2-3 hours for a game to start. i don't think that other players could have done that, because it happened twice, like 5 or 6 times, in my r6s' lifetime.
